If you and I are a good fit to work together, Belest Travel Co then has a service fee structure that allows us the time needed in order to properly research, plan, and negotiate the best options for your adventure. It is our promise that you are top of mind throughout our whole process, and in doing so we work to create a hassle-free, trust worthy travel experience.

Expert travel advising such as destination trends and news (including updates regarding the pandemic where necessary) from our professional travel community
Fees
Curated Itineraries
Belest Travel Co. imposes a $100 research and planning fee for a curated itinerary in which 3 or more pieces need to be built into the vacation (for example: flight, accomodation, transfer, excursion) for a couple or family of up to four people. This fee does not go towards your vacation's deposit but will be refunded after final payment is made on your vacation package and prior to departure. If our client cancels for any reason, this $100 fee is not refunded. This cancellation fee is Belest Travel Co’s alone, and separate from any cancellation fees the vendors may impose.

Cruises
For cruise only getaways, a $75 fee will be imposed up front. Once final payment is made, this fee will be refunded.
This fee is nonrefundable if our client cancels their cruise for any reason. This is a separate fee from any cancellation penalties our client may face from the cruise line or vendor as outlined in their terms and conditions

Pre- and/or post- cruise itinerary fees will vary depending on complexity.
Destination Weddings
Destination Weddings that include up to 50 people will have a $250 research and planning fee. This will include travel arrangements for the engaged couple and their guests, along with planning of the couple’s honeymoon. Travel arrangements include but are not limited to flights, accommodations, and transfer services. This fee is nonrefundable, nontransferable and does not go towards your vacation’s deposit.
Group Vacations
Includes vacations with a group of travelers (reunions, celebrations, multi-generational family adventures, etc.) requiring at least 4 rooms or cabins in additional to flights, excursions, and transfer services.

This fee starts at $50 per traveler. It is nonrefundable, nontransferable and does not go towards the vacation's deposit.
Airline Tickets
We are dedicated to finding you the best flight options for your destination, either at market value, or better than. We access all public fares along with fares not offered to the general public on select routes.

Therefore, we impose a $30 fee for airline ticket services only. This fee is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and does not go towards your vacation's deposit.
Luxury, Boutique, and Resort Hotels
For hotel only bookings, there is a new client fee of $25 per room, which is nonrefundable, nontransferable and does not go towards the booking's deposit.
On single room reservations, established clients of Belest Travel Co will have this fee waived. Clients are considered established after 3 single hotel room bookings with Belest Travel Co.

Travel Insurance
With travel as we knew it continuously changing, we strongly encourage our clients to purchase travel insurance on all of their vacations. We do not charge any fees to add this into your package.
